• Our Organic Golden Needles tea is from the protected Lin Cang Mountains of Yunnan Province, China.  A golden color leaf, shaped like shiny needle with one leaf and one bud, has been lovingly handmade to release a non-astringent golden liquor.  Although Yunnan is famous for its ‘tip teas’, there is considerable variation the profile on the specific within Yunnan. The magnitude of the leaves is remarkable. Its aroma is a little sweet, like straw but rich. It produces robust cup free of a characterized by malt, cocoa, and spice. It is slightly piquant with an almost sweet honey-like flavor. And the production of high-quality golden needles tea is in the early summer months of May. Due to its oxidization, some people would like to drink it with the addition of milk and sugar, but it will be equally delicious without. It matches the organic standards of USDA national organic program.
