This tea comes from the most beautiful and heavenly garden city—SuZhou, Jags province in China. The dried leaves appear to be sliver-white and green small snails, where those tiny hair-covered spirals contain only the unopened bud and one leaf. The brew process is different from most other teas by dropping the baby tea leaves into hot water but well below boiling.
