The resulting infusion is relatively a pale, jade greenish yellow with a high Vitamin C content. It has a shiny and a flat long glossy leaf appearance. Some statistics shows high in polyphenols and chlorophyll but low in caffeine for this tea. The taste is delicately herbaceous with a mixture of subtle sweetness, mild astringency, bitterness and fresh green scent.
