Any order over $100 gets free tea shipping rate via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail® to within the continental 48 states. Please contact us for shipping rate if you want to ship your order to Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian area.
   To clarify, orders that are received by 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time of USA will be shipped in the next business day. Orders that are received after 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped in 2 business days.

Out of Stock Policy:
   You can find ‘out of stock’ label or flag on some products. And also, you may see a label marked as ‘place backorder’. Both labels are indicating those items are currently in out-of-stock condition.  In very rare scenario, a product runs out of stock after you place an order. But we will immediately notify you by informing to reorder out of stock items at a later date once the products become available or otherwise.

Return Policy:

   Since your satisfaction is one of our missionary goals, Trois G Tea faithfully cares about our customers and will do our upmost to bring our exceptional quality products and services to you. However, if for some reason, there is total dissatisfaction with the products, please contact us by email. We will take any defective items for exchange, for return or granted for full credit. Contact us within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the order, so that we can help you out with a solution.

Our return goods policy is detailed as below:

1) Because of their perishable nature, teas cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged, and refused shipments and undeliverable address will also be non refundable. With that sense, we recommend trying small volumes before placing larger orders of tea. You should contact us for any issues within 7 calendar days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). Within 14 calendar days of shipping date, we will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes.

2) Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receiving approval from us before replacement of merchandise or return, or credit. We will assign a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number if the return is admittable. And also, that number will be valid for 14 calendar days. Please allow 24 hours (one working day) for a response.

3) In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition. You may provide a copy of the invoice or packing slip for verification. We would suggest adopting a traceable courier (e.g. UPS, FedEx or USPS with Delivery Confirmation) by avoiding the package lost during the mail. Unfortunately, we will not cover the shipping costs if the return is NOT a result of our error, even if it is initially in free tea shipping scenario.

4) Shipping fees will not be refundable unless there is an error on our part. There is a 15% restocking fee for all tea wares and accessories that are returnable without fault. All actual freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy:
   We are always committing to provide all of our customers with unparalleled service. In striving to ship out your items quickly and all orders are final. Our shipping personnels will process your order once you have completed the checkout process. You may be able to cancel your order by notifying us before shipment, but we will levy for the amount of $3.00 processing charge. If your cancellation reaches us after completion of order procession, we treat that just as a return.

   In short, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer 3.0 or higher) technology implemented by PayPal Security System (https://…) or WooCommerce to encrypt the information you send us when you place an order. Not only is it encrypted before it travels across the internet, it’s also encrypted on our server, PayPal and WooCommerce behind their secure firewalls. Besides, your payment transaction goes directly to PayPal or WooCommerce heavily guarded system, so we are not in a position to deal with or to obtain any pieces of your credit card or other financial information as an added safety measure.
