From the southern province of China, Yunnan Black Congou Tea is growing in high altitude about 5000 feet above sea level. Farmers hand-roll the dried leaves in lengthwise about 1 inch. It yields strong thick liquor and an abundance of rich, spicy and sappy taste. We would suggest best serve this tea in gong fu style with a small Yixing clay teapot.
