UPS Delivery       In an effort to provide the best service and to maintain lower costs of our products, we ship by Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service UPS Ground. If you need expedited service, please call us at 1-610-356-9022 or email Contact@TroisGTea.com for a quote on the additional fees.  We only ship to physical addresses within the United States and Canada. Any order over $80 gets free shipping via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail® to within the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are offered discounted shipping rates.

     Orders that are received by 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time of USA will ship the next business day. Orders that are received after 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, will ship in 2 business days.

    The above flat shipping rates are only applied to the shipment delivering to the continental 48 states of USA. The actual shipping expenses, e.g. via UPS Standard or USPS Priority Mail® International, will be billed and charged before shipping if the order goes beyond the indicated states.

 

Out of Stock Policy:

 

     You will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items either via e-mail or via telephone call, or on your packing slip or invoice. You may be informed and reorder out of stock items at a later date once the products become available.

 

Return Policy:

 

Customer Service

     Since your satisfaction is one of our missionary goals, Trois G Tea faithfully cares about our customers and is dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality products and service.  However, if for some reason you are not totally satisfied with the products, please contact us either by phone or by email.  Damaged and defective items can be returned for exchange or granted for full credit via original form of payment. Contact us within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the order, so that we can help you out with a solution. Our return goods policy is detailed below:
  1) Because of their perishable nature, teas cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged, and refused shipments and undeliverable address will also not be refunded. With that sense, we recommend trying small volumes before placing larger orders of tea.  Contact must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts). Within 14 calendar days of shipping date, Trois G Tea will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues (e.g. defective or damage) or shipping mistakes.
  2) Requests for product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval from Trois G Tea before replacement merchandise or return, or credit memo be issued. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) will be assigned if the return is granted and that number will be valid for 14 calendar days. Please allow 24 hours (one working day) for a response.
  3) In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice or the packing slip. A traceable courier (e.g. UPS, FedEx or USPS with Delivery Confirmation) is suggested to adopt by avoiding the package lost during the mail. Unfortunately at this moment, we will not cover the shipping costs if the return is NOT a result of our error.
 4) Shipping fees will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part. There is a 15% restocking fee for all tea wares and accessories that are returned without fault. All actual freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy:

 

     We are always committed to provide all of our customers with unparalleled service. In striving to ship out your items quickly, all orders are final and will be automatically processed once you have completed the checkout process. You may be able to cancel your order by notifying us before shipment but will be levied for a $3.00 processing charge.  If your cancellation reaches us after the order has been processed or shipped, it will be treated as a return.

PayPal Secure

    Here at Trois G Tea, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer 3.0 or higher) technology implemented by PayPal Security System (https://...) to encrypt the information you send us when you place an order. Not only is it encrypted before it travels across the internet, it's also encrypted both on our server and PayPal's, which are located behind secure firewalls. Besides, your payment transaction goes directly to PayPal heavily guarded system, so we are not in a position to deal with or to obtain any pieces of your credit card or other financial information as an added safety measure.
